These units are extremely easy to use and can be placed in your bar, serving area or in your full-service kitchen. The units operate on only 20/amp service making them counter-top ready and portable for easy placement around your establishment.

They are very versatile and easy to operate.  The Träk-Air can be operated at all times of the day and are convenient for using well after your kitchen has closed.

All the foods are cooked in a Forced-Air Sealed Chamber that locks in moisture, reduces shrinkage, and cuts cooking times by 1/2 to 1/3.  Two sizes are produced to handle all your cooking needs.  Each unit comes with two trays and a multiple timer to allow for a variety of items to be cooked at the same time.
