Our hoodless and ventless cookers are well-known for bringing French fries to their crispy, golden brown finish without using oil or grease. Use them to prepare any other foods that you would normally fry. All foods are cooked in a forced-air, sealed chamber that locks in moisture, reduces shrinkage, and cuts cooking times by 1/2 to 1/3. We offer two sizes to handle all your cooking needs. Each unit comes with two trays and a multiple timer to allow for a variety of items to be cooked at the same time.
